Baked eggplant with feta cheese and tomatoes

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 PORTIONS

 

  • Eggplant 3 pieces
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese 200 g

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Cut the tomatoes and feta cheese into slices. Cut the eggplant in half and cut each half from the wide part almost to the base several times to make a fan.

 

2. On the baking sheet splashed with olive oil, do not place the eggplant halves very tightly.

 

3. Put slices of tomatoes, cheese and garlic in each cut.

 

4. Pour everything abundantly with olive oil and put in the oven, heated to 180-200. Wait until the eggplant is soft.
