Parmesan Ice Cream

Parmesan Ice Cream

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 PORTIONS

 

  • Cream 40% 500 ml
  • Yellow sugar 110 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 110 g

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. In a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the cream and sugar to a boil, but do not boil. As soon as the cream reaches the boiling point, immediately remove from heat, add the grated Parmesan and continue to stir until the cheese is melted. Cool to room temperature.

 

2. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. By morning, the mixture thickens enough for further freezing. Transfer to a tightly closed container for the freezer, mix thoroughly, level and cover the surface of the ice cream with wax paper or plastic wrap. Close the lid and freeze for at least 6 hours.
