Omelet with cauliflower, feta cheese and parsley

Omelet with cauliflower, feta cheese and parsley

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 PORTIONS

 

  • 5 eggs
  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chopped parsley ¼ cup
  • Feta cheese ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cauliflower ½ pieces

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Mix the eggs with a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper with a fork.

 

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over moderate heat and throw finely chopped cauliflower there. Fry for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper, mix and cook for another 1 minute.

 

3. Pour the egg mixture into cauliflower and cook for 4-5 minutes, periodically raising the edges of the omelet with a fork and shaking the pan.

 

4. To turn the omelette upside down, you must first carefully transfer it from the pan to the plate. Then turn the pan upside down and cover the omelet with it. Press the plate firmly against the pan and turn it over so that the plate is on top. After this procedure, cook an omelet for another 1-2 minutes.

 

5. Dividing the omelet into 2 parts, transfer it to plates, sprinkle with feta cheese and chopped parsley.
