1. Payment for the order.

 

After confirming the order, an invoice will be sent to your email address. The contract of sale of products is considered concluded (entry into force of the contract) from the moment the amount due is received according to the order confirmation to the bank account of Rassvet OÜ.

 

1.1. You can pay by bank transfer after billing.

 

1.2. Your order will be canceled if you have not paid the purchase amount within two days.

 

2. Delivery of goods.

 

Orders placed in the online store are processed on weekdays (Mon – Fri from 9 to 17). If your order is later than 15:00 on Friday, your order will be placed next Monday.

 

2.1. Delivery of goods from the warehouse usually takes 1-2 business days after payment of the invoice. Delivery within the rest of Estonia within 2-3 business days. Free shipping on orders over 100 euros.

 

2.2. If the product you ordered is not in stock, it must be ordered from the supplier, and it is obvious that the product cannot be delivered within the delivery time. In this case, we will notify you by phone or email of the delivery of the order within 2 business days. If you lose interest in purchasing a product due to a waiting period, you have the right to cancel your order and the amount you paid (including delivery) will be returned.

 

2.3. As soon as the goods you ordered are delivered to the courier company, they will contact you to specify the delivery time.

 

2.4. The courier company delivers the goods to the address you provided when placing the order. You cannot change the destination later.

 

2.5. Please follow the correct contact information when ordering to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. Rassvet OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products, if they are associated with inaccuracy of the information provided by you when placing the order.

 

2.6. Upon receipt of the order, verify the integrity of the product packaging. Please inform us about the product with damaged packaging at rassvet.est@gmail.com or by telephone Rassvet OÜ +372 5555 6862. If you do not make claims regarding mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future.
