Ricotta tomatoes

 

 

INGREDIENTS 4 PORTIONS

 

  • Ricotta cheese 500 g
  • Beef Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Ham 200 g
  • Leek 50 g
  • Ground crackers 4 tablespoons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh thyme 2 stalks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Cut the tomatoes in half, carefully remove the core with a spoon and chop it.

 

2. Cut the ham into small slices, leek into thin slices, chop the garlic.

 

3. Mix the pulp of tomatoes with ricotta, add ham, onion, garlic and 3 tablespoons of crackers. Salt, pepper and mix.

 

4. Stuff the resulting minced meat with half the tomatoes, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs, thyme leaves, pour oil and put in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
